How does delivery work?

Our suppliers ship orders direct to you so shipping times and methods can vary. Most of our suppliers use Australia Post or other similar courier services. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number link so you can track your order status.

Note: If you do not receive a shipping notification email within three days of placing your order in the first instance please check your junk mail. If you still haven't received a notification, please contact us and one of our friendly customer service team will assist you with your enquiry.

How much does shipping cost?

The Over60 Shop has partnered with multiple suppliers to showcase a wide range of quality products at affordable prices. Each supplier will ship their product/s directly to you; therefore shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs will vary depending on products purchased and/or suppliers you purchase from. For exact costs, please refer to shipping charges listed at the time of checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most products will ship within 24 hours (at which point you will receive an email notification with tracking information) and will be delivered within seven to 10 business days from the date you place an order. If you don't receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us and one of our friendly customer service team will assist you with your enquiry.
